The location was exceptional; perfect for sunset views, walk into small town with restaurants, mini market, ice cream, plus a winery and ice cream shop…. A little further down the road a 24 hour bakery with amazing cakes… about 15 minute taxi (EUR 40 each way)into thira and the same to Kamari, recommend seeing both… The villa was clean and spacious. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, whilst there wasn’t the biggest selection of amenities (like glasses) we just headed to reception and they would bring to us, for example champagne glasses and an ice bucket The breakfast was fab, and a real treat to have it brought to the villa. The pool is great and the soft chairs great to relax on.

This is the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my entire life. Breathtaking view. From the first moment we arrived, Kiki came to receive us from the car in the parking lot. As we entered, Yoro brought us fruit and champagne and took care of everything we needed and many times more. It was simply outstanding hospitality. The best hosts we have ever had. A huge and pampering aura!!! Jacuzzi, pool, 4 bathrooms and shower, very comfortable beds. Full of spaces that allowed space for children to play hide and seek even. We booked to stay here as a special treat for my husband’s 50th birthday and it was the best decision. Our Villa was spacious with amazing caldera view. The location is unbeatable and very private. It is very close to Megalochori village where you can go for a stroll, meal, wine tasting, cooking class or a music performance. At the same time it is far away from the overcrowded Fira or Oia. Big private pool, large outdoor seating area, tasty breakfast, attentive staff, I would definitely book again. A friend of mine booked here for their wedding and has just the same to say about this stunning place.

We absolutely loved our stay at Thermes. The setting was truly spectacular - even more beautiful than the photos on the website. From your private pool, you get a panoramic view of the caldera and the rest of Santorini. It's in a quiet town, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas of the island. In addition to a wonderful setting, our villa was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Finally, the staff was incredible - so warm and helpful. They met our every need and even advised us on what to see in Athens. I HIGHLY recommend Thermes. You will not be disappointed.

The view is astonishing. The swimming pool is nice and played the central place of attraction for kids). The welcome food with sparkling vine was also very pleasant. Staff was unbelievably helpful. Every small demand was satisfied. They organised all transfers for us and late leaving with SPA access. We went 2 times to the nice restaurant-taverna Raki nearby, recommended by reception staff. There was no Nutella at the hotel, but they bought it especially for our son’s breakfast. We were difficult clients, but services were just perfect.
